What is the type of soda that you can pour into a toilet bowl overnight and it cleans the bowl with a simple flush in the morning?

:eh:

Vinegar works well, but are you thinking of baking soda or cola products or have you tied a

to the end of your line?

someone once told me that soda (the name I don't remember) can be put in the toilet overnight and with the next morning flush it cleans the bowl out....tonic, maybe?

I know that coke will take soot off of the fireplace, maybe it'll do the same for poop! Also you might try courtesy flushing so it doesn't have time to stick...

(Oh, gawd. I'm gonna really be sorry I posted this, but I'm laughing my *** off at all the possible comments sure to follow - hell, I've got a dozen already! This should be fun!)

Fun was kind of the point.....but I still want to clean the bowl with out having to do some actual elbow work.

If I wanted a maid....I'd get married....or have mom move into my house with me. Otherwise....no can pay....mortgage, motorcycle loan, credit cards.....beer habits...etc.

My brother, Mr. CHP, pours Coca-Cola over blood-stains at highway accidents. Cleans the blood right up from what I understand.

My vote is for Coca-Cola

Uhhh......I'm not trying to clean up blood...I haven't been reduced to that level of alcoholism yet....yet. It's the brown matter that I am concerned with.

:erm:

I put a key under the doormat and a check on the counter.

When I get home, the toilet is clean. So is everything else. Magic.... B)

Update here, kids......tonic seems to have loosened up the "matter" a bit but still no down the drain with brown matter. There was quinine in the tonic by the way. Tonight I am going to try club soda. Wish me luck.

:D

This is a scientific exploration into the possible uses of soda pop as a cleaner in the lavoratory business. Besides....bleach isn't as cheap as free sodas here at work. ;)

An M-80 or similar should do the trick!

Just trying to help! B)

THis is Way more interesting then that boring "ticking" thread. No, I haven't tried mountain dew. I don't think the yellow #5 in mountain dew would help my situation. :focus: And I don't think an M80 would do the job either.....well, it could after the whole toilet blew up. Now there is a smelly situation.

I'd be more concerned about what has or is passing through your body that resides at the bottom of your bowl? **** man get help quick! :dribble:
