Clearwater lights horn option connection location

I'm installing the Darlas and have connected the horn relay directly at the horn wires right next to the horn itself; lower left front. I can foresee some corrosion problems in the near future as it's not protected from the elements at this location. Where would it be more suitable to place the connection inside, protected by the fairing?
