I found my bike clutch lever have a freeplay of 2, 2.5 cm before start to disengage (in position #1)

is it normal for an hydraulic clutch or I need to bleed it---change master piston ?

I ask this because recently shifting gears is not so softer than before (particulary shithing in first gear and from 3 to 4 )

thank u

Like Kaelaria noted above, bleed the clutch. It is basically your only option to maintain free play with the FJR clutch lever. The next step if you want better control over free-paly Id think is to upgrade to an adjustable clutch lever.

Sorry.......lever, not level !
