Funny, when I was listening to the video I thought: "Bruce Willis, you need to take notes", and then Colbert said as much.
That guy is great. There are (still) great people out there, even in these days of decadence and self centered-ness and me-ism. Usually you see it in smaller ways, not so publicly. What confirms the guy's greatness is his obvious humility. He looked nearly apologetic, when he received the cheers and accolades in Parliament, afterward. It's not a Canada thing, or an America thing. It's just a human thing.
I suppose the only sad part of it is that things like this are not the norm. Just imagine...

Yeah...Imagine the Hell that guy would be going through if that happened here. Maybe that poor lone gunman was just misunderstood.
