I have PM'd each of you your own personal reservation code with instructions. If you did not receive it or don't understand something PM me directly.

Thanks!

AAAARRRRRRGGGGGGH!!!!!

Apparently, we have a slight SNAFU with the committee rooms... Seems only Colin and 'Dixie' know WTF is going on and neither are in today. Skooter had an issue, but it got resolved. Now Iggy is reporting the same problem and the reservation line does not know about your individual codes or the Wednesday arrival.

I'm working on it. Will advise IF I EVER GET OFF OF ******* HOLD WITH THE HOTEL!!!!!!!!

Well, that exercise was worth less than a bag of farts... No one knows **** about the committee rooms! I've been asked to "call back when someone knows what's going on tomorrow." Funkin' incompetents!

I call first thing and post up, but for now, save yourselves the time and frustration until I can get this resolved.

... and he walked away mumbling something about morons...

If it means anything....we had MANY, MANY of the same type of issues with Reno. If the chick Dale was dealing with wasn't hot...and the banquet lady I dealt with wasn't smoking hot.......we would have probably taken the money and went to Vegas ;)

It'll all work out. We know.

And if it doesn't....imagine Warchild, myself, and Madmike making a personal visit to.....whoever's office we can fit our shoulders into. :assassin:

Hey folks, don't forget that you need to register at the web site as well; it's how I am tracking Rallyshirt orders!

Yea, I just tried, even talked to Dixie, she had never heard of WFO.
Duh.

GZ
The buzzwords are apparently "Yamaha FJR owners".

Ooops! Was wondering about that. Will get right on it.

Okay, Dixie has her **** together now. Go ahead and call ONLY HER. Simply state that you are with the Yamaha WFO committee, give your name and code. These rooms are for 7/25 - 7/29.

Sheesh.

Oops! I see we do have to register for the rally. Sorry, toe, for the misinformation.

Skoot,

you always order extra shirts. I'm getting buried in rally shirts.

What do you do with them all?

Thanks Tim for getting the Marriot chariot online.

GZ

Dale - how does staff handle payment for stuff like extra T-shirts?
You'll have to discuss this with the Money Man for this gig, Iggy.

I am only ordering up the number shirts (in their specified sizes) that are marked as "paid" in the database, which is a database entry that Iggy controls (er.. when I build him that feature tonight, anyway). Then Iggy will cut me a big fat stinky check for the shirtmaker around June sometime.

Ha ha, Dixie made a sexual joke with me.

Neener neener.

OK, I'm straight and all room'd up.

I'll sign up, but give Skoot my Large shirt.

GZ

OK, it was a San Francisco joke.

DIXIE "you want one King or two Queens?"

GZ "Niether, I'm not that type."

Dixie laughed a tad too long just to be polite.<G>
