I have searched but did not find the info I am looking for. I have a Corbin backrest that I would like to mount in a stock rear seat. Has anyone cut and braced a seat in order for the backrest shaft to slide in. I am not interested in mounting it to the rear carrier like some have.

Any help would be appreciated.
