Went to Cycle Plaza in CC today with my Yamaha recall notice on my 06 ECM-told my wife when I left sure dread dealing with those guys (based on past experience) the kid at the service desk looked at my letter asked if I purchased bike there said I did not-he informed me since I didnt purchase the bike from them I would need a copy of the invoice where I purchased the bike and set up an appointment with general manager to see if they will repair bike. That place is a joke every dealing I have had with then has been bad. I will call Yamaha Monday log a complaint but will probably go to another town for the recall. Had an issue with them on a kawasaki Vulcan Mean Streak and a Yamaha Grizzly ATV where out right dishonesty was involved and numerous issues on the FJR where lack of product knowledge was apparent.
