Custom headphones?

Thinking of trying some custom headphones looking for opinions on which kind to get.

Also the vendors that make them.

I am planning on ordering these: https://www.earplugco.com/prod01.htm (the challenger C model). I had impressions made at a local audiologist and sent them to Earplug.com for a set of the Catamaran plugs. (Like the headphone style but without the headphones) I can use these on the bike and at work. If I am happy with the fit I will be immediately ordering the Challenger C model.

I had some made last year at the IMS show.

They really work well, but it takes some getting used to. They are much harder than the normal foam earplugs that I usually wear so a lot rougher on the inner ears.

That said, they work great!!! I use them with my iPod and on trips with the Autocom system. They were expensive...$175 I believe, but worth the money.

btw, I actually use them with the iPod to cut my grass too. They totally block all sound and work great.
