A little more than 78K miles ago I purchased a CORTECH Mini Magnetic Tank Bag on sale at:

After all this time and mileage, with no problems, one of the zipper pulls broke off. I wasn't upset. I just wanted to see if Cortech had a replacement available. I looked for a contact number with no success and then called Cycle Gear in Auburn to see if they had a contact number.
The person there asked the reason and upon hearing why, she asked if I purchased the bag from them. Yes. When? Early 09. Do you have the receipt? No. Maybe I can find it, what is your name and I'll call you back.
Twenty minutes later she called back to inform me she had found the record of my purchase and that Cortech products have a one year warranty so there wont be any relief there. I mentioned that I wasn't looking for anything other than information. She then told me that she had checked with the store manager and was given the authorization to replace the bag under Cycle Gear's Satisfaction Guarantee policy. She indicated they had one in the store and it would be placed in the back for me to come in and make a one-for-one exchange.
Most appreciated for sure.
I'm pulling for all business to survive this challenging economy and know from experience it's not easy. The moto dealer and vendor community has taken some serious hits. I commend Cycle Gear for their ongoing attention to detail and service. :clapping:
