Timely...

Been on the phone with Tyler, in parts, to have a new 880e ready for install a week from today... Tyler took the time to quote two tires, a pilot road and me880.. then hand me over to service for the appt.. and only 25 bucks for a on - bike change?

I'm glad to see this. Two years ago, when I went to order my 06, I walked in there and had a totally greasy experience. They knew little about the order program, wanted to rape me on the price, and knew jack about adding on the YES. Fortunately, I had already called Sunnyside and had their killer price quote in my back pocket. I walked out of Cylce Sports and wanted to take a shower - was a very uncomfortable feeling. It's nice to see that maybe they're changing their tune a bit now and recognizing the value in a customer relationship.

I bought my 07 from Cyclesports in Salem June 15th. Matt was my saleman and he was very easy to work with. The only complaint I have is the office girl put my wife down as the buyer and primary owner. My wife doesn't even have an endorsement. I have not had any service work done by them yet, but would not be afraid take it to them when necessary. I did my own 600 mile service. They wanted $260.

Matt was my sales person and I got a great deal on my 07AE but no on has said anything about the women in that building to die for. I got the YES agreement from a women I could not believe, built like Fort Knox.

I sure like my FJR and I have a great memory of Cycle Sports.
