This is the cover I have been using for almost 10 years now. It is a complete enclosure that seals with velcro to keep out most of the weather and elements. Since I do not have a garage to store my bike, this is the next best thing. It's quick to cover, keeps the material off the bike's paint to avoid scratches, it's lockable and best of all, folds up for easy transport.
