This group buys anything and everything to strip off parts and resell.

Private company not listed on the NYSE, do a search for NewPage Corp.

It is a company formed from paper mills that they bought from MeadWestvaco.

That's one scenario, more likely, they'll skinny-up the operations, try and hit a grand slam in the boutique end of the business and then chuck it for a few billion in profit. I doubt they'll part it out completely into oblivion. This is way too high a profile company (Chrysler) for them to flush. They'd (the new owners) would be run outta Dodge. (Oh, ****! I keel myself sometimes! :rofl: )

And should anyone be surprised that MB would dump Chrysler....given the German view point on their various product line ups....I should think not....kinda surprised that they didn't sell to Magna or another car operation but as TWN has said before....money talks & ******** walks....
