Got my Rick Mayer saddles about 2 weeks ago and have ridden 3 or 4 time (weather). I knew they would be a little more slick (slippery) than the stock - tried mink oil w/no effect. Has anyone tried a 400 or 600 grit sandpaper? Any other suggestions that are biologically possible? Thanks. Seats are great by the way.

Thanks TWN - I was looking to try that after reading the MCN leather care article that Bounce sent me. Lexol was highly recommended.
