Devil's Highway Sunday July 10th

AZBeemers is organizing a ride on Sunday on the Devi's Highway ot check out the fire damage. Right now I am thinking I will join them.

You may have seen on the news that US191 was re-opened yesterday.
My curiosity and the need for a long ride have combined. I'm going to do a long loop to Safford, Springerville, Salt River Canyon, and home. The plan is to ride hard to Blue Point, the southern edge of the burn zone. Then slow the pace for pictures and lunch either in Hannigan Meadow or Alpine. Head over to Show Low on 260, then back. Expect a full day of riding. Bring rain gear.

This Sunday, July 10th.

Kickstands up at Goldfield Chevron at 7:00AM.
