DFW area 1st Saturday/Sunday Schedule

Thanks for the super ride. Been riding alone so long, I just about forgot what riding with good company is all about. Hope to ride again in the near future with you guys and meet more FJR riders. Been a member on this board for about a year and never post any. Guess that will change now. Thanks again guys.

Is anyone 'cept me up for moving the meetup point to the Starbucks just north of DFW on the south side of Business 114 just west of Texan Trail? It makes it a little easier for those of us on the northeast side of the metroplex to get to.

Marilyn manson is having a show on friday night at house of blues......we can all meet there. I suggest dark clothing, black eyeliner and maybe a studded leather choker.

ok, i'm gonna throw out some ideas here. shoot em down at will.

1. we can ride around and get some cool DFW pics for the Everywhere compilation because DFW is seriously not represented in it and we have quite a few owners here.

2. we can hang out at motopia.

3. we could do a Farkle/Tech day. i know i have 2 things that need installing on my bike. anyone else need stuff done?

4. someone could actually come up with a route or destination.

5. we could ride to a casino and blow the last of odot's beer money.

30% chance of rain for Saturday, WFAA is calling for a few sprinkles or patchy drizzle is possible Friday and Saturday with a better chance of rain late Sunday and Monday. Last time I saw that prediction here a week or 2 ago, we got nothing.

can we at least get a "I'm open Saturday for whatever" vote so we can see how many folks can come out and play? might help with picking a plan.

I can find that Starbucks easily enough from Mesquite. Now somebody plan us a ride and time.

Anyone up for a short ride this Saturday? Meet at the previously mentioned Starbucks in Grapevine, KSU @ 8:30. Ride for ~4 hours (182 miles) with a couple breaks and end with lunch at Babes Chicken in Sanger (the best fried chicken in the world)?
