Good deal?
Compare yourself. Another same year and model just purchased within the week .
OOPS.

But you would have already known that because when you go to buy bikes, you come and peruse here before you make an offer.

But it really depends on what you think a good deal is. If you are now piloting the bike of your dreams and have fun riding and enjoying bike touring in a way that many in this world can't...then I'd say you got a good deal. I'd say we all got a good deal.

Only if you're happy with your purchase. A 'good deal' is entirely dictated by the buyers happiness with his (or her) purchase. It is not about how cheap one can find the product their looking for. Especially obsessing over it and depriving oneself of their happiness just to wait a period of time to save a buck. If you and the seller are happy with the transaction, then yes, you got a good deal. Wheaton and I must have been writing simultaneously ,,same message,,

I've been watching prices on new ES models...

The $13.4K deal mentioned above is the absolute lowest I've seen for a 2015 ES, by almost $1000! I considered it, but passed as it was in WV and I've no time to Fly-n-ride right now. My opinion, $14.2k is tops *I* would be willing to pay (MSRP has no significance to me).

For a new 2014ES, there was an awesome deal a few weeks ago at $11k ... otherwise, I see an occasional new one at $11.9k.

But Jim, you have yours already! Just be happy and ride. :)

That is $2000 below MSRP. It is an excellent deal. Yes I just bought one this weekend for less than that, but that doesn't make yours a bad deal.
