Stopped by my local accessories outlet today to pick up a new face shield for my helmet and soon as I walked in the door I noticed off to the left they had a new Connie14 sitting there looking all tough like.
I admit I spent a good 40 minutes or so pouring over the bike, touching all the do-dads, sitting on it and generally wasting time. It was nice...It's wide, it sits higher and it looked sweet.
The exhaust is huge even with the bags on. With the bags off, it was like a diving board. LOL.....
Yeah, it's a sweet bike and if I didnt' already have an FJR I'd consider it just like any other bike. But, no inclination to swap whatsoever at this time.
In addition to the C14, they also had a Versys which was hella sweet. Had only seen pictures of that guy up to this point. That thing looks like it could be some serious kind of fun. Not sure what the target market is on the Versys but I'd sure consider one as a second bike.
