instead of a dinner why not a late lunch say 1:30 . This would give some of the people who are leaving on sunday not to miss the dinner thing .

I like it! We'll head for home on Sunday - only about 3 hours or so away and we'd stay for lunch.

Maybe this should be a poll. I plan on staying over Sunday night and would prefer to have the full day for riding or whatever.

How about we have the official dinner on Saturday evening so more people can attend? Can the organizer(s) setup for the swag lottery after dinner? Maybe we need to make this event last longer than a weekend in the future, too much fun stuff to do in a short time.

Dinner is already being planned for Saturday night. Also, the door prize giveaway is happening that same evening. The manager of the Brier Inn is concerned about giving us a banquet room large enough for as many people that I suspect will be in attendance for 2 nights... if we're only eating one of those nights. So, Jim & I have decided to do it all in one evening.

Also, when the dinner arrangements are announced, I'm going to add a buck or two to the dinner price. We are being charged $50.00 for the banquet room rental. If there is an overflow of moneys, a donation in the EOM name will be made to the FJRForum coffers for future bandwidth.

Is everyone ok with this? If not, then I'll put it up for a vote.

Miss Heidi - Lorie and I are ok with this. Thanks. :D

We missed the dinner last year and appreciate the scheduling on Sat night.

Jeepers I go out for a little spin on the FJR and now there are 13 messages on the EOM!

Saturday evening sounds perfect!

Thanks Heidi!!!

Fine by me when ever you have it. I'm always ready to ride and eat!

:D

Saturday night for all the big events sounds great to me. Rollover of any surplus funds to the forum is a good idea too.

Definitely leave the daytime open for riding and avoid big group events during daylight hours. Darktime is for washing bugs off with Vodka, right Grumpy?!
