Friends, Just got to the 600 mile marker on my new bike & was going to do the service on it.Can

anybody that has done the 600 mile service tell me if the drain plug on the rear end has a magnet in it?

I'd like to replace it w/ one that has a magnet ,like I did w/the engine when I did the oil change @ 50

miles. Thanks, Sliick2

So to confirm, this shaft drive plug will fit in the oil plug drain? Can someone confirm this? I'll order one in preparation for the next oil change.

Yes, it does, and I have one in place. Go to a good auto parts store and match up some copper washers to go with them-no more having to replace the crush washers each change.

Thanks Radman. I bought 20 crush washers from Guru Glenn, so I'm good fo a while. Looks like I'l be ordering a shaft drive plug with magnet from him next.
