Dual Star Heated Grips & Heat Shrink

I've been having problems finding bulk heat shrink tubing. Places like Kragen & Home Depot only seem to carry in lengths of 3-9 inches. Does anyone know of a good place to get it in bulk? Or perhaps there's a better way to organize the wiring?

A 1" (unshrunk) 4' length ~$5.00; will shrink down to as small as 1/2".
