Found a deal on them, but I don't know a damn thing about them. They seem like a decent tire.

Anyone???

 
Better make sure they can handle the weight of the FJR before you spend your money.

The D208's have been discontinued for 2006 and re-named "qualifiers". Per Dunlop's website the qualifiers are the same load range as my stock Bridgestones. 73W for the rear tire and 58W on the front.

I don't see a problem there, but thanks just the same for the heads up.

$170 per set seems pretty tempting....

 
Keep in mind that sports tires typically have very soft sidewalls. With the high weight of the FJR, this can give some stability issues at higher speeds.
