Actually, that's just the seller's way to get $10 for his item and pay fees on a buck. Common enough. He explains it quite clearly in his text. Ebay's policies don't allow it to be this blatant, though.

Anyone who clicks the 'buy it now' without reading the text is foolish, but if you notice only then and are offended they can always back out if they want, risking negative feedback, ofcourse.
