I have an FJR and a Bandit 1200S. Just sat on a 06' FZ^. Holy cow its as comfortable as far as leg room as my FJR! I have wanted a smaller bike for a while. I'm 6 ft. and weigh 275lb. I know I will have to get new suspension, but I got the bug real bad. A baby brother for my FJR in the same blue color. They have one at my Yamaha dealer I got 2 hours to make up my mind. Need some feed back real bad. HELP!!!!

Yes a diet...I bought it! Its great. Its got plenty of power even though I haven't had it above 7K. I only have 20 miles on her tonight. Got to go to work in the morning which is 80 miles away, so it will havealmost 200 by the time i'm home.

Its very light, and handles ok with the crapy suspenders. A new shock and springs are a must. I think I will contact Wilbers to see what they want for the shock and front springs. I have that on my FJR and really like the Wilbers stuff. I'm a happy boy tonight and $7,000 porer. You only live once.

You can't take it with you. My "will" reads:

You want anything I have - finish paying for it.

For an '05? They gave you the old "reach around" huh?

Sweet little bike. My wife has an '05 that she loves. She used to be on a ZZR1200. She misses the power, but not as much as she doesn't miss the weight.

It's her touring bike. It looks very nice either leading or following my FJR. We bought her '05 last May for $6K otd.
