End of an Era

[Canadian FJR]

I’ve been reading Cycle Canada since it was in a newspaper format, back in the late ‘70s and still have every copy.

I received an e-mail from them today that they are going digital.

Don’t mind saying, kinda feel like I lost an old friend.

I get it. Too bad when I moved to the Hondarsoa in the early 90's I didn't store every copy of Cycle and Cycle World better. Entire boxes lost.

Yes, the creep to digital is inevitable and regrettable.

I love the ability of the internet to research things (like the FJRforum), but if I want to sit down a read a magazine there’s nothing like printed paper.....
