Volunteers

Ok, folks, we're almost there. There are some things I will need help withduring EOM – pitching in is the best way to meet new people and put faces tonames (So you're Capt U-Turn). Keep inmind, this entire event is put together by people who volunteer their time, talents, and efforts – without that, EOM would not happen.

So step up to the plate and be a part of the action - Weneed help in the following areas:

1.) Official EOM Group Photo Photographer –This personwill need to locate suitable location on the hotel grounds for the group shoton Saturday evening. Hi-res DLSR typecamera is a plus.

2.) Rally pack distribution – We need about 6 individualsto assist with sorting t-shirts and nametags as well as handing them out. We will do the initial sort and staging ofthe shirts on Thursday night (7pm). Wewill hand out rally paks that evening and on Friday evening.

6 volunteers Thursday night, 4 volunteers Friday night.

3.) Banquet & Door Prize Raffle assistance – I need2-3 volunteers to help move / organize swag prior to dinner.

If you can help out with any of these things above, post here and contact me through [email protected]and I'll get you signed up!

Thanks a ton,

Wayne

UPDATE:

Group Photographer(s): Magicmaker& Yamafitter – careful with the photoshop – removing the rifraf might onlyleave a picture of an empty parking lot… I am pretty sure there is a second floor balcony we can get tooverlooking the back parking lot. Yourcall. Thanks!

I've volunteered in previous days. I think as welcoming committee? PM me

Wayne,

I will help wherever you need it while I am there. We are planning on attempting the EOM-500 on Friday, so that day I will be leaving early and arriving late. Thursday evening and banquet day just let me know what you need and I will work the schedule around it.

Question: Is my welcoming party stint shiftwork? I don't mind helping out at all but I'd hope there are other volunteers to help with this.

& I see that Saturday banquet night doesn't have anyone signed up for volunteering. Folks, this is a volunteer event for all of you. There are quite a few folks signed up to go that haven't responded to the call for help. Please do... If you can, please volunteer.

Huh? Heidi, I think (from what I am reading) that everyone who has volunteered is open to helping wherever Wayne needs the help. If he needs my help Saturday...he's got it

FYI Joe, I'm willing to help. I do not plan on standing @ a table greeting people for hours on end, days in a row. I also want to enjoy the meet. & is that all that you got from my post? You need reading comprehension lessons, dude!

My intention was to help get some others to help with the stuff that needs to be done. You know, volunteers!
