Putting some secondary roads into the trip will bring us up to ~800 miles from our hovel. We will have to wait and see what's in our vacation day inventory to see if it is slab or tour.

Well, if you do have to slab it...at least you have fun roads to ride, once you get there.

I already have some of my foot peg feelers embedded in the local roads. I have (vague) memories of cherries, Jagermeister, first draw single malt whiskey with unregulated alcohol content and GPS classes which some needed to find their rooms after a long night in the parking lot The Quality Inn (was a different owner back when these pixs were taken).

After a long day of riding the local roads some of the people had a hard time adjusting to sitting in chairs.

I assume you checked online? Or reserved rooms at the discounted price are only available when you call then directly.
