Did a little scouting today, here's some of what I saw. I could have taken a million photos of this place and still not captured its essence. The prettiest place in VA I've ever seen, hands down. Only one (paved) road in and same way back out.

On the road in, just off Rt 61

Will be arriving in WV on Thursday night May 10. Available to ride on Friday and Saturday all day.

Returning to Florida on Sunday. Will you be busy then? Have chosen Lewisburg for rooming.

Send a PM please.

Thanks for the great pics of some of the country we'll be enjoying at EOM. I hope there are a lot more of those twisties you showed!!!

There are a ton more of those twisties, for sure.

So Jim, did you pass the site of my ditch surfing on the way there?

By the way... nice pictures. I see things are starting to bloom. I should be back in action here fairly soon. Probably next weekend, since that is when I'll have time for the assembling of plastic. I swapped out the lock & put reflective stuff on my new saddlebag last night.

One item at a time!

Thanks for the preview.

Nice pics, makes me wish EOM was at a time I could go
Cruise on down anytime the spirit moves you and we'll find some good roads, good eats and good liquid refreshments.

I fear that we will have to hunt for an adequate supply of twisties.......NOT!

The particular road into Burke's Garden is only 10 miles or so long, but it is every bit as snakish/dragonish as either of the more famous ones. It will likely be a side excursion on one of the longer suggested EOM routes.

Did indeed, slowly. I'd have to give you a 10 for surfing into the deepest gnarliest place along that entire ditch line.

I should be back in action here fairly soon.
Glad to hear it! Did you see Glenn's reply about May 10-13?

Wish I could have been with you
Soon my friend, soon. Did you see Glenn's reply about May 10-13?
