EOM Printing and Badges

So I'm not trying to step on anyones toes but can I get started printing some of the stuff for EOM? If you don't know, I run a technology rental business and we have color copiers/printers that run 65 pages per minute. I'd like to print the badges and I will also run off some of the maps in color for people that are without GPS.

I can print whatever else we need, just let me know.

I hope this post makes sense because I just got home from the Cubs/Braves game and they kept forcing me to buy $7 beers.

Last year, I did the first round of nametags about 3 1/2 weeks out, then a final batch 3 days prior.

That would be the "I'm not trying to step on anyone's toes" part. I know that Jay and Fencer offered to help with that. It's just that I have the data and can start getting them done when convenient and and not have to extract the data to send to them as well as manage the registration and tshirts.

The plan right now is that Duane is going to ship the tshirts to the hotel to my attention. When we get there Thursday we will put together each person's tshirt order along with their name tags, info packets so when they register they will get their tshirts and we will be done dealing with that. It's going to take several people to make that happen so I will be counting on as many of the organizers as possible for that.

Work has been kicking my *** again. Got back from NAFO and straight back to work-10-14 hour days, it sucks. Yes, I am supposed to print name tags and what knots, I guess I need an excel file of participants for name tags and I already have the ride files down loaded. (JWilly - PM me and I will send you my email add. at work) How many ride files should I print? Is there anything else I should be printing besides name tags and ride files? I also guess that I need to keep a receipt for the Avery name tags that I'll need to get at Office Max.

Oh yea, I need to pay for EOM (JWilly) and get a room already, doing that tomorrow, hope its not too late.

I plan on mailing most of this stuff to the hotel about 5 days before the wife and I leave for Lewisburg. Or should I mail to Jim's house?
