Love er6i's to be sure. They are simply awesome at blocking noise & great sound quality. I guess I ought to buy a spare.

That is a great price, but they are the white ones. They get dirty too quickly IMHO and look gay. I'll wait for a good price on the black ones to get a back-up pair.

Do the wires hold up to the constant on/off of the helmet? They look pretty damn vulnerable to me. Skinny little wire with no support or strengthening...

I have been using a set daily (one hour commute each way) for over a year and the wires hold up fine. I have had to change the filters a couple of times.. guess I've got too much ear wax.

Can only speak from my experience, but after approx 90k miles I'm having to replace mine as the "skinny little wire" finally gave up the ghost a few days ago. Of course this could be due to the fact they are the gay white color.
