The guy obviously knows what he's talking about, huh? It has two main wheels side by side, and a pair of casters it sits on when parked. "Stabilizer wheels???" And how much gyroscopic force does it take for something to sit at rest on four points?
The "bike" is obviously a concept, but so is a journalism career for that reporter. Maybe he was trying for a comedy career: also a failed concept.
