Everett PS, Sat May 20th is hosting an armed forces day party 9 am to 5 pm. Free food, drinks, door prizes and demo rides, and a military ID gets 10% off all parts and accessories on top of any sales prices going on that day. No pie that I know of.

Sort of misread your post, James. Don't really expect to make it, but have a good time.

BTW, since I'm in this thread, even if by mistake, that's where that nifty airplane museum is, right? Spruce Goose and all? Gotta get back that way when I have time to poke around.

Warplane museum is Paine field, I believe the goose is in Oregon somewhere

Paul Allen's Flying Heritage & Combat Armor Museum is on Pain Field and so is John T. Sessions Historic Aircraft Foundation”. Boeing also has a restoration center there and a Future of Flight and tour center there.

If you in or around Everett you should check out this.

On Saturday, May 20, 2017, 22nd Annual Paine Field Aviation Day from 10am - 5pm https://www.painefield.com/198/Paine-Field-Aviation-Day

Wife and I went last year and saw some great stuff!

Down in the big ****** Seattle there is the Museum of Flight, it is a great place.

Thanks for all the info on airplane museums--guess the home of Boeing is the place to look. I rode past the one in McMinville a couple of years back (though I clearly didn't know where the hell I was) but didn't have the time to devote to a thorough exploration. Been wanting to go back sometime ever since. Sorry for dragging this thread so far off course, James.
