It's kind of an inside joke. Anybody who's met her would say her teeth were just about perfect. She noticed a .003 inch gap developing between the top fronts and it was off to the orthodontist. But she's not vain. She's just trying to undo the damage from not wearing her retainer from the first go 'round. Thank God for insurance! BTW, she got the joke and I think I'll be doing just fine tonight, thank you.

What, no Invisalign? Hell, just for closing a slight gap, you could even just make a spring retainer or an elastomeric positioner. Must be more going on there than just a slight gap to justify full brackets. Both arches or just one?
