My FJR's exhaust is dented. The exhaust goes from 4 to 1 to 2. The dent is in the "1" chamber and is restricting the flow, about 50% of 2 of the pipes coming down from the heads. The exhaust is titanium. My options are:

1) Replace w/ new stock, NOT

2) Replace w/ used stock, PLease help where I can locate a place that deals w/ used parts

3) Replace w/ After market, do they make a 4-1-1 instead of a 4-1-2 exhaust?

4) Try to cut and patch the dent, Welding titianium is difficult, yes?

Replace with Holeshot header.

It's stainless, not titanium. Used systems show up on EBay for $50-$75. Muzzy makes a 4-1, try search function on "Muzzy" for opinions, prices, buy locations. Holeshot is beautiful and expensive.
