Clean bike, exhaust line directly under the motor is perhaps a pinch more orange than typical, but it could just be the lighting, too. No concerns there, I'd say.

This, however, doesn't look quite correct to me:

Perhaps it's not a big deal, but I'm not sure why that end weight it jutting out so far, 'cuz it shouldn't. The throttle side end weight looks totally normal:

Other than that, bike looks pretty killer.

Bike looks clean alright...made me sick as mine is covered in salt right now...got caught in some snow the other day, about an inch and they werent prepped for it. I guess I should be glad I made it the 30 miles home without laying the bike down but the bike is trashed.

I prefer to think of the "discoloration" as "patina" which can be valued as "ornamental." I like the golden hue as a nice highlight contrasting all the stainless and chrome surfaces found so commonly on other models.

As for Warchild's observations, it looks as though the switch cluster and grip - maybe even the clutch lever mount - all need to slide down the bar toward the end a bit.

I noticed on my 2007 that the right side was discolored more than the left. Any reason to be concerned. Underfstand that this is a brand new bike just reaching 600 miles.

WOW, those are some professional looking pictures that dealer took of the bike.

I have noticed (in comparison to my 03) that the feejers running Power Commanders have more discoloration on the ends of the pipes. Maybe running richer?

I don't run with one...

Pipe color looks normal. Cobra heat shields:

As Warchild astutely points out, fix dem bar ends before they depart ship.

Looks like someone may have removed a Throttlemeister before trading the bike & didn't get the OE bar insert seated properly.
