Not a bad idea. My pipes are already marred from the heel of my boots resting on them.

Yea, not the cheapest but these aren't thin tin. The aluminum is thick with a machined surface.

got my chrome heat shields for 19.00 a piece at chapparell.i myself like shiny.

I have these in brushed stainless steel, so easy to keep clean, 5 minutes to put on.

I called and asked why in the world you would sell only one apiece, she said cruisers usually buy them and most times there's only one side with a pipe.

I bought the second one and she shipped it for free. I thought they were a bit overpriced but I'm so used to getting raped on farkles I must have developed a tolerance.

When I saw the first one I had to have the second one.
