I've seen the Tire Lights on EBAy and thought they would not only look cool but would enhance safety. I might also consider indirect lighting inside the fairing of my new Feej when I get it next year.

With that in mind, any LEOs or former in the forum? I just talked to one today about this subject and he told me that (in Illinois anyway) any external lighting like what I want is illegal. However, how many Full dress bikes do you see loaded up like a christmas tree with running lights? Does color matter? Only amber or red?? If it does I'll stick to either in my choices. I will continue to poll LEOs, as in my community they are pretty cool.

ANy thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks,

Hanzo

Hey while you are at it put a lowering kit on it with a hydraulic lower/lift kit. Come to a stop and lower it the raise it up and take off. With all the lights it will look too cool!

Honzo, one of the guys at work had a problem with the LED valve stem caps ruining valve stems on him leading to a series of slow leaks, valve stem replacements and rim checks before he discovered the cause and took them off.

I understand the indirect lighting can be any color as long as its only used when parked, a couple of friends run them full time in Michigan with no problem from the Leo's here, even while riding. Of course they are on Harley's so maybe the Leo's take that into account. ;)

At WFO3 there was a guy with blue lights in the fairing. looked cool at night. I think it was one of the guys from Minnesota.
