The 3M Dual Lock that it comes with (in NY anyway) on the windshield. 65K+ with no problems.

The sticker I have, which contains an embedded antenna, states that it does not work with plastic...bummer.

It's about 4-5 inches square. Is this the same one - for about $4.99?

Hey guys, Thnaks. I have tried all of the stuff you mentioned. The only thing that has worked is when my GF holds it on top of my helmet!

Pack it away. It is nice that they want to see it. Too easy for it to get stolen on a bike.

+1 Mine is inside my tank bag mounted to the underside of the lid. The RFID of the kind of EZ Pass they use in these parts works just fine from in there. There may be some other type of trnasponders in other states or parts of the country. I see no reason to need to put it on top of your helmet or out in the open unless it was an optical device.
