I have custom Roadcrafter 46 Long with 3/4" above and below the knee taken out,(33" inseam) a 46 Reg with extra length in torso and arms, I also added an Eclipse on the back for more forward lean, and knee puck Velcro with covers.
I also had all the zippers updated by Aerostich to the waterproof zippers.

Aerostich went through and refurbished the suit. comes with TF3 pads and hip pads

This keeps getting more and more tempting...I wear a 46L. The one I have now (bought used) has a 2" mid gusset that I'm not sure I could do without.

I assume you had your velcro refreshed when the zippers were upgraded?
