F/S Givi E-52 with Ad-More light kit and PCA touring rack

I have F/S a Givi E-52 with passenger pad and AdMore Led light kit and a PCA touring rack that the Givi was mounted on, it has the helmet lock tabs for the locks, I kept the locks.

I paid over $700.00 for this setup. Asking $350.00 plus shipping.
