Ok guys, yes I did a search and did not come up with anything.

I need to get a factory manual for my 07. I'd swear last time I looked for one they were around 65 bucks. Now I can't find one for less than 90! I'm not in the mood to pay 90 bucks for a manual.

Anybody know where to find them cheaper?

(or let me know what the torque specs are for all bolts related to the clutch)

Go to the home page and look in the Bin-O-Facts Gen2, it has all the torque spec, I would print it out for the future use.

I've already done that.....didn't see the clutch listed anywhere on there

I want to inspect my clutch plates for wear. I assume the only bolts I need specs for would be the cover bolts and pressure blate bolts.

Maybe someone with a Gen II manual will post the specs....

Gen I:

Clutch Boss: (1 each) 90 Nm; 65 ft-lb

Clutch Spring Plate Retainer: (6 each) 8 Nm; 5.8 ft-lb

Clutch Cover: (10 each) 12 Nm; 8.7 ft-lb

Clutch Release Cylinder: 10 Nm; 7.2 ft-lb

Personally, I'd check with one of the vendors in the FAQ: "Alternate Parts Source" thread (hint: Gary McCoy) to see what a shop manual costs through them.

I just got my Gen II Service Manual this week ($30 eBay). I've seen a few on eBay and Craigslist for that price

The Good news - Manual is in good condition and is huge (compared to my Concours/ZG1000 Service Manual which was about 1/3 to 1/4 the thickness).

Bad news - seller indicated the manual was for '07-08 model and what I got was the '06 Manual (at least that is all that is listed in the back in the wiring diagram section.

So

- if there is info from this manual you need, PM me and I'll help you out

Question for the masses - is there any difference in the Service Manual for the '06, 07, and '08 models?

Clutch Boss: (1 each) 90 Nm; 65 ft-lb

Clutch Spring bolt: (6 each) 8 Nm; 5.8 ft-lb

Clutch Release Cylinder: (1 each) 10 Nm; 7.2 ft-lb

Clutch hose union bolt: (1 each) 30 Nm; 22 ft-lb

Clutch pgs 5-44 -> 5-66

Clutch Cover: (10 each) 12 Nm; 8.7 ft-lb
