My first car was a 63 ford fairlane .

Had a 265 ci V8 engine with a 2 speed automatic trans.

I installed one or those FM converters on the AM radio and an eight track tape player in it.

Had some headphone jacks in it with for the tunes .

I also put some black lights up for time spent inside when parked .

Got my first piece in the back seat .

This is where I tried some not so legal substances .

Brings back some good memorys .

You got a nice ride

Take care of her.

Ullo John gotta a new motor?

Nice looking car Rich, that engine has a suuweet sound, and quicker off the line than an FJR? Whats not to like.

My first car was a '65 Fairlane 4-door, three-on-the-tree. It had been sitting in the grass at my grandparents mobile-home park for some time, my grandfather found the neighbor that owned it and bought it for $500. He let me make $50/month payments until it was paid for. The paint was awful, the seats were torn, but its 289 ran like a champ. I put seat covers over the tears, leather steering wheel wrap, chrome wheel covers, jacked up the back a bit, and put a floor shifter in. I also had one of those FM-converters to save me from listening to AM. Great first car.
