Fault Code 11

Hi,

Just posting for a mate from the Aussie Forum.

He has an 2001, wasn't introduce to the USA, and has an intermittent fault code 11 along with the engine warning light.

I've done a Google search of this forum and it seems that it is a rare fault.

He's going to clean up the cylinder identification sensor and ECU connectors and get back to me.

Has anybody had this fault ?

I've also noticed that the Speed Sensor has the same part # as the Cylinder Identification Sensor on the 04 parts list

An 01 may be different ?

Might as him to swap them.

Hi Queensland Ken,

01/ for Australia & Europe is the 03/ for Usa..These two sensors for the 04/ are exactly the same for the 01/03 models..

Hi Mihalis,

It's Mildthing's bike down in Tassie.

Found a few sensors on Ebay and sent him the links.

By the looks of it the sensor is crook, Peter checked the voltage as per the manual and they were off.
