Congrats on the excellent deal! Personally I like the grey better than the red. A few weeks ago I was ready to make the move on the 15 for sale here for 12k w/ around 2k mi. Called the bank but it sold quick and was too far away for me to make it happen. I know I wasn't the only one disappointed when that one got away. I definitely see a gen III in my future and there seem to be deals out there. In the meantime I have a perfectly good 07 that is barely broken in. Winter is upon us here momentarily in the northeast so I should just stop looking... for now... should
Thanks, NHredliner. My acquisition was a combination of dealer apathy and ineptitude, along with pure, dumb luck. Now through Spring is probably the best time to find a good deal. Good luck with your hunt!

Great score..... I only beat you by $250 bucks. Mine had 8k miles and new Bridgestones and a OEM top case. Got the YES for 4 years for a song.
To me it's a 15k bike that feels every bit of it. As far as the color.... I love it now. I traded "up" from a '13 ( also great) and the Graphite is an awesome color. SO much better than that candy *** red with the silly silver side panels.... ( Actually I like the red a lot) .. AS they say you don't notice the color when your riding the bike... if you do your in trouble

I Agree. We '15 riders must not get upset with the jealous whining and attacks from owners of lesser machines. We must keep in mind that ALL FJRs are awesome machines. It is not their fault these folks bought previous model years and were unable to upgrade to the superior 2015. They thought they were doing the right thing at the time.Sounds like jealousy to me.
