Fire is burning in my beloved Hualapai local mtns., no houses burned yet. Everyones been evacuated though. This sucks

Hope they'll get it under control soon. Sounds like the terrain is similar to here, which makes containment difficult.

Sure hope they can contain it to the uninhabited area it's in. Duke & I had gone up there so many times, the girls who work at the lodge cried when I went up this winter to tell them the sad news of dukes demise.
