FJR 2003 frame

HI,

I had a bad accident and broke the goose neck part of my 2003 FJR. I am looking for a frame for my bike and found a 2005 frame.

Does any one know if I can use that frame for my bike ?

I wonder why they have different part numbers. Could be as simple as a different color.

You could have legal issues as Yamaha stamps a bike VIN number on the frame. It would then not match your title/tegistration.

You need to get a salvage title to keep it legal.

I think I saw a frame on EBay last week.

Same guy that is parting out an FJR.

Try to contact someone selling FJR guts on Ebay.

You might get lucky.

We was selling starter, alternator, rear swingarm, etc.
