While perusing the ADV forum, I came across this pic that caught my eye in the "Killboy failure Dragon Fest" thread. I sure hope this isn't anybody here.
Yeah, good thing the cruiser was paying attention.Looking at where he was already well past the apex I would say he was way out of bounds.
Sorry, I had no idea. This one was posted awhile back.
Maybe a bear.I wonder what is causing the shadowon the road, bottom left on pic.
I'd say Don, 'cept he never stops on the dragon.Maybe a bear. Definitely something that he didn't want to get close to.
The cruiser tried to flip him off, but he had to put his hand back on the bars to chart a new course to the inside, and that can take all ya got Captain. This one was posted awhile back. Must be something in the road to cause him to choose that line.
You'd think the cruiser would be flipping the guy off or something. I wonder what is causing the shadow
on the road, bottom left on pic.

I agree GR, what you say is probably the most likely scenario. There's bad riders everywhere guys. Just because you ride a ST doesn't mean your an accomplished rider...it just simply means you ride an ST.
Who knows what happened. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt. But based on the sunny, dry road conditions my guess is that he just rode the curve incorrectly. This guy could be from the flat heartland of America and riding the twisties of the Dragon for the first time in his life and he has no cornering experience whatsoever.
