Thanks for sharing OM. You got more guts than me riding around "in" the city. Those people are real crazy for sure. And the winter IMO does offer up better pics and weather on the coast. Take care, PM. <>< ;)

Well, I know zip about coolness, but I do like that jacket you've got on in that picture, Shanta. I'm a fan of yellow riding gear. For one thing, it works on any color bike. For another it makes you (somewhat) more visible to brain dead cagers. Yours is nice and bright, but isn't one of the nauseating, greenish Hi-Vis colors that you see all over.

What is it?

As I head out to the Garage to finnish rebuilding the sled (snowmobile)my son blew up I'll be thinking of you. Grrrrrr.

Thanks for the pics Ol'Michael.

Happy New Year

". . . You can . . . look at all the beautiful women through your tinted shield. . . see everything, smell everything, and feel everything.
Now Michael, what did the judge tell you about that? Seeing is ok, and the smelling is too, if you don't get too close, but keep your hands to yourself.

Oh, and you poor *******s in Sudbury and Chagrin Falls (that place even sounds depressing), my condolences. Gosh, it's nice to be in lovely California.

Thanks so much ya'll for the load of comments, insights, viewpoints, humor, sarcasm, insults, and kind remarks.

Man that is UNPLEASANT!

And I know winter can be a beautiful thing, but Bungie, for cryin' out loud, this friggin' image had me looking for my meds.Man that is just plain UNPLEASANT!
Like I said, thanks for the pics! You now have an idea of how good you have it! Granted, that was a pretty extreme pic, but it was the same day you did your ride. Quite a contrast.

Now, pass the meds.. it's not June yet!

Nice photos... Man I could use a trip to San Fran about now. Lots to do there, great place to visit, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to live there :)

Really nice pics. Went to school in the city and grew up in the SFBA. Every shot I could name the intersection, I lived off of Fell Street near a decent hill, and it was a riot watching people park bikes on a hill and have no idea what to do. What great memories! Thanks.

I lived near San Francisco from '78 to '87 -- and riding a bike in that city was a real experience. If you're not truly comfortable with clutch/throttle control going in, you're definitely up to speed by the time you go back across the bridge.

I don't like riding on the back of a bike, but that's be an awesome day as a passenger --

Thanks for the pictures OM. I'm at work right now looking out the window at the sucky job the plow guy did on my parking lot. Looking at SF is much nicer.
