Just got home from my first EOM 2022 trip (and other points) and want to call out some of the folks I came in contact with during the event. First, a huge Thank You to Wayne and Annette for the herculean effort in putting on a large successful event!!! I had a great time and couldn't ask for a better group of riders to spend a few days with. Thanks for letting me tag along on the Thursday Spklbuck Special ride. For the rest I won't name names because I'm sure I won't get them all in or right, but you'll know who you are. I was glad to meet several riders that I only knew from the forum and find them to be just as special in person. Some from Canada and some from S. Carolina (hope you didn't suffer hurricane damage the last few days) and some from elsewhere. Glad to meet others who I've never heard of before, including some special ride leaders and a very special substitute ride leader. Made for a very interesting day, one I won't soon forget. And a very special Thank You for those who sprang into action in the search for a "missing rider". Thankfully, it all ended well !! The missing rider didn't even know he was missing. We were all glad for that outcome. It was my first EOM, and I hope not my last. Thank You to everyone who attended and made the show. dan
