Looks like I'll be dropping out. My wife and her sister have move the father in-law to a assisted living place and his condo is in need of painting and repair. She told me to go play but that don't seem right. Hopefully the harness will hold up for awhile.

Looking forward to seeing everyone the day after tomorrow. If one of you has an extra oil filter laying around or will be going by a Yamaha dealer, grab one and bring it along. We have a fellow FJR'r stopping by on a long trip and plans an oil change. I will have oil ready and if no one has a filter handy I will see if I can round one up.

It's a bit too far for me to attend, but I'm sure I'm not alone in hoping you guys share any lessons learned about the harness install.

It would be really great if someone brings a good camera and photo-documents one of the harness installs.

Wow. Weather has been nasty, still looks good for Sunday though. Rain according to my toy says it has dumped 1.56 inches since midnight and it is still coming down.

Don - we will miss seeing you but your priorities are in the right place. you already know that.

JimNTejas - we will assign a few somebodies to camera duty. Brodie has a pretty decent set of instructions available already.
