FJR13AYB and the FJR13AYCB

This is probably a dumb question, but what's the difference between the FJR13AYB and the FJR13AYCB? I'm trying to figure out which manual to get and I don't have my bike yet, still waiting for it to be delivered. Thanks.

Edit - Nevermind, it's the same manual either way.

IIRC, the "C" denotes California, though I thought all the bikes were the same after a certain year.
